Bill was great to work with. I was referred to several realtors. I spoke with all of them and gave all of them the same information. A couple of them told me we're going to stop by the land and follow up with me and a couple of them did. But Bill went by the land and took pictures, flew a drone overhead and sent me a lot of information that most agents wouldn't do until after they got the listing but Bill did it all on the front end. I knew if he was going to do that much work in to get the listing, he would do even more and actual sell the land if he got the listing. I believe he actually got an offer on the land before he even had time to list it. 5 Star experience!!!
