I worked with Parker Breuel on my recent land purchase. He did a fantastic job at every step in the process and always kept us informed on next steps and what to expect. We bought unrestricted land with the intent of building on it, which has a number of pieces to coordinate, from a new survey to a soil sample. Parker put us in a great position to understand the ins and outs of each step, and he even went out to the property to assist with the soil sample testing and making sure the location was marked correctly.
I think especially if you're undertaking the prospect of buying undeveloped land, you can't find a more professional, conscientious person to help navigate things than Parker.

I have evaluated soils for on site wastewater disposal systems for 38 plus years and have been a North Carolina licensed professional soil scientist for almost 20 years of those 38 plus years.
