I recently had the pleasure to work with both Casey Reynolds (Broker) and Parker Breuel (Agent) regarding the sale of a piece of property that had been in our family for over eighty years. It was a unique piece of property, but not without its challenges. From the very beginning I was impressed with their professionalism. Very quickly it became obvious that they understood the property, how to market it, and who to market it to.

Throughout the process the communication was outstanding. While they had numerous clients, I always felt like when I was talking to them that I was 1 of 1. I always received a call before the property was shown and a follow-up call with any feedback they had received after the showing. I worked with Parker Breuel on my recent land purchase. He did a fantastic job at every step in the process and always kept us informed on next steps and what to expect. We bought unrestricted land with the intent of building on it, which has a number of pieces to coordinate, from a new survey to a soil sample.
