I wasn’t the easiest client. Dillon worked harder than I imagine he normally has to do for other deals. We stuck to the plan, went right up to the line, pissed off the buyers in the “as is, no extra money or improvements,” for the inspection scam, and sold the farm. What I liked was he realized I was not going to bend much to get the deal, and he accurately conveyed my messages to the buyers broker. I give Dillon 5 stars.
