About Me

Cade Cooper is a land professional with a passion for agriculture, land, and the outdoors. Born and raised in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, Cade developed that passion at an early age. From hunting whitetail deer, waterfowl, and turkey to fishing local ponds and creeks, much of his life has been spent enjoying the natural resources that make Oklahoma special.

Growing up in the Kingfisher area, Cade had the opportunity to work alongside local farmers and ranchers, helping with wheat farming operations, working cattle, operating equipment, and assisting with day-to-day agricultural activities. These experiences gave him a firsthand understanding of the hard work, stewardship, and dedication required to manage productive agricultural land. More importantly, they taught him that every property has a purpose, whether it is generating income, supporting a family operation, creating outdoor memories, or serving as a long-term investment.

Currently attending Oklahoma State University, Cade is pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business with a minor in Real Estate Appraisal. His education has provided him with a strong foundation in agricultural economics, farm and ranch management, land valuation, and investment analysis. By combining practical agricultural experience with his education, Cade understands the factors that contribute to both the productivity and value of rural properties. 

Cade has a strong interest in farms, ranches, hunting properties, recreational land, and rural investments throughout Oklahoma. He enjoys studying land markets, wildlife habitat, and land improvement practices, with a focus on helping others recognize the opportunities that rural properties can provide. He is also actively involved with Ducks Unlimited, Quail Forever, and the National Wild Turkey Federation, supporting conservation and habitat improvement efforts
that align with his passion for the outdoors. Having lived his entire life in rural Oklahoma, he is familiar with the communities, agricultural operations, and land markets across Kingfisher, Blaine, Garfield, Logan, Canadian, and surrounding counties. 

For Cade, land is about more than acreage. It is about the memories made in a deer stand, the traditions passed down through generations, and the legacy a property can leave behind. Helping others find the right piece of land to achieve those goals is what makes a career in land real estate so rewarding to him.
