About Me

Kirk Little joined National Land Realty in April 2026, bringing with him a strong work ethic, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of land across Oklahoma. Before real estate, Kirk spent 19 years building and repairing drilling rigs and equipment through his company, Little Welding LLC. This background, along with his Master Welder certification and training through the Oklahoma Real Estate Academy, gives him a practical, boots-on-the-ground perspective that sets him apart as a trusted land agent in Oklahoma.

Kirk’s experience working in agriculture, farming communities, and the oilfield has provided him with a deep understanding of soil, land use, and the unique characteristics that make a property valuable. An avid hunter since childhood, Kirk especially enjoys working with recreational properties. He understands firsthand what buyers look for in hunting land and can help clients evaluate everything from wildlife potential to land improvements.

Kirk lives in Yukon, Oklahoma, in Canadian County with his wife, Renee, and their three daughters, Karsten, Kinley, and Korie. Their home is always full of energy with five dogs: Axe, Gunner, Snickers, Boone, and Diesel. When he’s not working with clients, Kirk enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling with his family.
