Once I fully explained what I was looking for, Bill only sent me listings I was looking for. I didn’t have to sort through dozens of listings that I wasn’t interested in. I had the best experience with my amazing realtor Mike Martien. I’ve never had anyone in the business to go to the lengths that he did to get everything taken care of and he did a whole lot of legwork to get this sale done. He’s beyond knowledgeable about whatever it takes to get a land deal worked out even to giving me names of great lenders to make it happen. But that’s not even close to the help he got for me in the tax deductible process. He found out about something called section 180 soil fertility depreciation.
