About Me

Jason Moore joined National Land Realty in January 2025 with over 20 years of experience in timberland and real estate. Since 2005, Jason has owned and operated Compass Land and Timber, LLC, a land and timber brokerage company. As the qualifying broker and forester, he has successfully brokered timber sales and land transactions across Alabama. Before that, he worked as a procurement forester for Bankhead Land and Timber, giving him firsthand experience in evaluating and managing timberland investments.

Jason holds a B.S. in Forestry from Auburn University and is a registered forester, professional logging manager, and licensed Alabama real estate broker. His deep understanding of land and timber markets gives him a unique advantage in helping clients assess property value and make informed investment decisions.

Active in both his professional and personal communities, Jason attends 3 Circle Church in Fairhope, AL, and serves on the Board of Directors for his neighborhood association. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, fishing, and smoking ribs while cheering on the Auburn Tigers.

Jason and his wife, Meg, a pediatrician and partner at Eastern Shore Children’s Clinic, have lived in Fairhope, AL, since 2005. They have two children—one a sophomore at Auburn University majoring in Biology on a pre-med track and the other a freshman at Auburn majoring in Law and Justice on a pre-law track.
