About Me

Wade Mosley joined National Land Realty in May 2026, bringing a lifetime of hands-on experience in forestry, wildlife habitat management, and improving rural properties across Alabama and Mississippi. Having spent years working in land clearing, road construction, timber-related projects, and property management, Wade understands what it takes to maximize a property's potential and long-term value.

A graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Wade’s expertise ranges from evaluating timber stands and creating access roads to managing properties for wildlife and recreational use.

As an active committee member of the South Pickens Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation, Wade has a strong appreciation for conservation and responsible land stewardship. Hunting properties are a natural specialty for him because they combine many of the things he enjoys most: wildlife management, habitat improvement, and helping others create memorable outdoor experiences.

Living in Gainesville, Alabama, Wade has spent his entire life in West Alabama and neighboring Mississippi. His familiarity with the region's timber markets, recreational opportunities, rural infrastructure, and local communities allows him to provide practical guidance to clients throughout the buying and selling process.

Outside of real estate, Wade enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time on the Tombigbee River. His passion for the outdoors and lifelong connection to the land make him a valuable resource for buyers and sellers throughout West Alabama and Mississippi.
