About Me
Brett Briggs joined National Land Realty in July 2026 after nearly four years of helping clients buy and sell rural tracts, residential homes, and commercial properties across Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee. A lifelong resident of Northeast Mississippi, Brett has a strong appreciation for the region's farms, timberland, and recreational properties, and he enjoys helping clients find land that fits both their immediate needs and long-term goals.
Before joining National Land Realty, Brett sold land with Mossy Oak Properties and currently works as an insurance producer for an independent agency. Earlier in his career, he built custom row-crop planters and spent several years clearing land while attending Mississippi State University and afterward. Those experiences gave him a practical understanding of land improvement, heavy equipment, and the work that goes into preparing a property for agriculture, recreation, or future development.
Brett is especially passionate about recreational land and wildlife habitat. He enjoys walking properties, studying how landowners have designed their farms and hunting tracts, and identifying opportunities to improve a property's layout, access, and habitat. When he's away from work, Brett enjoys hunting, spending time on the lake, operating heavy equipment, shooting sports, and taking advantage of everything the outdoors has to offer. He and his wife, Addison, live in West Point, Mississippi, where Brett has lived his entire life. His deep roots in the area and familiarity with Northeast Mississippi give him valuable local insight for buyers and sellers throughout the region and beyond.
