About Me

Bill Moser joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in May 2023, bringing with him over thirty years of experience with some of the largest multi-national commercial real estate firms in the country! Before coming to National Land Realty, Bill worked for Moser Advisors, the Trammell Crow Company, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Grubb & Ellis, and CBRE. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M. In his work history, Bill has proven himself to be an excellent manager and has experience in portfolio management, subcontractor management, and general team management. He has inspired vision and supported investors, clients, and team members to leverage creative strategies and capitalize on opportunities that bring capital, assets, and experience together in a way that inspires change and creates immense value. Bill is also an active member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council. In his free time, Bill enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, fishing, hiking, and snow and water skiing. He and his wife, Lee, are based out of McLean, VA, where they live with their sons Brandon, Noland, Max, and Jake, their daughter, Ellie, and their two dogs, Maise and Luna.
