First let me commend Clay for his diligence, professionalism and communication with us. He always kept us informed during the entire process. It had a problem which as always is unanticipated which caused a delay in closing. I credit Clay's communication both with us and the buyer for getting this deal across the finish line.
On a personal note this closing allowed us to retire the mortgage on our personal residence. This has given this soon to be 70 year old a tremendous amount of peace knowing that my wife will not have a mortgage to address if God calls me home.
