Terri is a truly outstanding land agent. In a little over a years' time, she assisted me in selling all of my parcels that, despite being technically contiguous, presented a challenge due to being in two different subdivisions with differing permitted uses. Cory was excellent. I currently live in Florida and purchased property in North Carolina which I thought was going to be difficult and stressful. Cory was able to provide pictures, video and any other information I requested so I didn’t feel like I was 750 miles away.
