About Me

Joe Linsky joined National Land Realty in August 2025 as a land agent in North Carolina, helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling land. Based in the Raleigh area, Joe brings a unique blend of planning expertise and local insight to the table.

Currently employed with the Town of Garner as a Current Planner, Joe has years of hands-on experience reviewing residential, commercial, and industrial development projects. As an AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) professional and Certified Zoning Official (CZO), he is well-versed in North Carolina land zoning regulations, land entitlements, and site plan approvals. This background gives his clients a significant advantage when considering development opportunities, home sites, or investment properties. He was also recognized with the David Bamford Memorial Award for excellence in his field.

Outside of real estate, Joe is active in his community as a musician on the Antioch Church worship team. He enjoys backpacking, camping, running, drumming, and skiing. The Linsky-Ramirez household in southwest Raleigh is comprised of Joe, his Claudia, their two boys, Noah and Javi, and their beloved dog, Vigo.
