Last Friday I finished up my third transaction working as the lender on a deal in which Alec Wardenburg has been the Buyer’s Agent. In each transaction, the buyers have left the closing happy and very complimentary of Alec. As the lender, I’ve always found Alec to be very on top of each transaction.
