Dylan Heitz brings 6+ years of real estate experience and a lifelong connection to Northern Missouri to his role as a Land Professional. Born and raised in Bethany, Missouri, Dylan has deep roots in Harrison County and the surrounding communities and understands the people, properties, and rural landscape that make the state unique. Whether clients are looking to sell land in Missouri, invest in land in Northern Missouri, or explore opportunities in Harrison County, Dylan is committed to helping them make informed decisions and reach their real estate goals.

Before joining National Land Realty, Dylan spent six years with United Country, where his performance earned recognition among the company's top agents. He finished as the #9 agent in the company in 2024 and ranked inside the top 25 in 2025. Dylan earned his bachelor's degree in Business from the College of the Ozarks in Branson, Missouri, in 2019. Following college, he managed a campground and zipline operation for two years, gaining additional experience in customer service, operations, and helping people enjoy the outdoors. A four-year college baseball player, Dylan continues to bring the same competitive spirit, work ethic, and team-oriented approach to serving his real estate clients.

Today, Dylan primarily works throughout Harrison County and surrounding counties in Northern Missouri. He is passionate about helping clients find the right property or develop a strategy to successfully sell their land. Dylan has been married to his wife, Malory, for nearly eight years, and together they have two young daughters, Adyline and Lyndy, with a third daughter expected in October 2026. His family remains deeply connected to Bethany and the Northern Missouri community, making the region more than just his service area: it's home.
