About Me

Michael Fowler joined National Land Realty in July 2026, offering a unique combination of agricultural experience, military service, and firsthand knowledge of rural property as a land agent in Missouri. A full-time farmer and Marine Corps combat veteran, Michael understands the commitment, hard work, and stewardship that go into owning and managing land.

Michael has extensive experience in row-crop agriculture, farming corn, soybeans, and wheat while operating his family’s legacy farm. His hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of farmland, soil productivity, drainage, access, and the many factors that influence agricultural land value. He also has a strong knowledge of hunting and recreational properties, including wildlife habitat, timber, CRP, food plots, water sources, and recreational land-use potential. Whether clients are looking to sell land in Missouri, purchase a working farm, or buy land in Northern Missouri for hunting and recreation, Michael brings an agricultural perspective to every transaction.

In addition to his Missouri real estate salesperson license, Michael holds a Missouri POST law enforcement license and has completed 96 college credit hours toward a bachelor's degree. He is also working toward his FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate to incorporate professional drone photography and aerial imagery into his real estate marketing services.

Michael enjoys farming, hunting, fitness, and spending time outdoors with his family. He and his wife, Kara, have four children: Olivia, Liam, Lily, and Rylee. The family resides in Monroe County, Missouri, where Michael continues to farm, hunt, and stay connected to the land and rural community.

Michael primarily serves Northeast and North Central Missouri, including Monroe County and surrounding areas. Having lived, farmed, hunted, and worked in the region for many years, he offers buyers and sellers firsthand knowledge of the local farmland, recreational properties, communities, and rural real estate market.
