About Me

Claire Dee joined the Richmond Office at National Land Realty as a Land Professional in October 2022. She holds a Virginia Real Estate License and focuses on land transactions in Virginia's Eastern Counties. She has recently closed sales in Mathews and Gloucester Counties. Her current listings include wetlands, recreation, timber, conservation and development parcels.

Before joining NLR, Claire worked in commercial real estate for 12 years at CBRE and BNPP. She has a degree in Land Management & Development as well as RICS qualifications in the UK.  Claire’s experience with changes of use, planning, and historical restrictions sets her apart from your typical Land Professional. In her free time, Claire enjoys swimming, kayaking, SUP, yoga, storytelling, hiking, and gardening.
