Based in Richmond, Virginia, Lee focuses on helping clients buy and sell residential development land, drawing on nearly 15 years of experience working alongside developers, builders, and land acquisition managers in the Richmond market. His background gives him a strong understanding of how to evaluate parcels for their long-term potential, making him a trusted advisor for anyone looking to maximize the value of their land.

Beyond development properties, Lee has a proven track record with large and unique tracts across Virginia, including farms, estates, recreational land, and timberland. A proud Virginia Tech graduate, Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the Pamplin College of Business. He lives in the Richmond area with his border collie, Baylor. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, and traveling the world.
