Dave’s hands-on experience offers his clients a rare perspective as a Land Professional. He understands what it means to walk the land, envision its potential, and build from the ground up. His approach is practical, personal, and rooted in respect for the land itself. His firsthand experience with permits, utilities, site planning, and land development smooths the buying and selling process.

Raised with the mountains as his backyard, Dave has created personal retreats in nature. He has restored a homestead, embraced lake life, and is now transforming 68 acres from raw terrain into a personal retreat. Dave’s experience with hunting, fishing, and frozen dawns taught him to respect every contour of the land and water.

A lifelong outdoorsman, Dave built two Tennessee outdoor brands: ULTerra Camo, an organic-based camouflage apparel line, and BAM Customs, a high-end Cerakote and firearm finishing company. Both reflect his commitment to craftsmanship and the outdoor lifestyle.
