Ben Williams joined National Land Realty in June 2026 with a strong background in agriculture, conservation, land management, and rural property consulting to clients throughout West Tennessee. Based in the Memphis area, Ben specializes in helping buyers and sellers navigate the complexities of recreational land, farmland, timberland, and investment properties. Whether you're looking to sell land in Tennessee, buy land in Tennessee, or maximize the value of your rural property, Ben provides the expertise and local knowledge needed to achieve your goals.

Before entering real estate, Ben built an impressive career working directly with farmers, landowners, and conservation programs across Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. He served as a Team Lead with Midsouth Resource Management from 2024 to 2026 and worked as an Agronomist with Southern Ag Consulting from 2022 to 2026. Before that, he contributed to agronomy research at Mississippi State University Extension, focusing on soybean production and agricultural best practices. These experiences gave him firsthand knowledge of production agriculture, conservation planning, wildlife habitat improvement, and land stewardship.

Ben holds both a Bachelor’s Degree (2021) and a Master’s Degree in Agribusiness Management (2022) from Mississippi State University. He is also a Certified Prescribed Burn Manager in Tennessee and Mississippi and holds a Private Applicator Certification. As a land agent in Tennessee, Ben particularly enjoys working with recreational properties that offer development potential. He appreciates opportunities to help landowners create something lasting, whether that means improving wildlife habitat, implementing conservation practices, enhancing hunting opportunities, or developing a property into a long-term investment.

An avid outdoorsman, Ben enjoys duck hunting, turkey hunting, deer hunting, land management, agriculture, and wildlife conservation. He is also an active volunteer with the National Wild Turkey Federation and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and enjoys following Mississippi State baseball and SEC football. When he's not working with clients, you'll often find him outdoors with his black Labrador, Emma, who enjoys duck hunting as much as he does.

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Ben has deep family and professional roots throughout West Tennessee. Growing up in a family with a strong connection to agriculture and land stewardship helped shape his passion for working with land and natural resources. Today, he proudly serves clients throughout Memphis and the surrounding West Tennessee region, helping them achieve their real estate goals with integrity, expertise, and a commitment to the land.
