About Me
Kale Hooten joined National Land Realty in May 2025, serving clients across Middle Tennessee, from Portland to Cookeville, as well as Southern Kentucky.
Before entering the real estate industry, Kale worked full-time for four years with Ricky Hooten Logging, where he negotiated timber purchases with landowners and played an active role in timber harvesting. This background gives Kale a strong understanding of land value, rural property use, and the factors that matter most when it comes time to sell your land.
Kale has completed Tennessee's 90-hour real estate pre-licensing course and holds a high school diploma. He’s also a state champion trap shooter, an avid hunter and angler, and enjoys spending time outdoors with his black lab by his side.
Kale is an active member of Richmond Chapel Church of Christ, the National Wild Turkey Federation, Ducks Unlimited, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, where he supports wildlife conservation and the outdoor lifestyle he loves.
