About Me

Nicholas Bell joined National Land Realty in April 2026, bringing a unique combination of education, leadership, construction knowledge, and real estate experience to clients across East Tennessee and North Georgia.

Before entering real estate, Nicholas spent eight years as a high school Bible and Business Education teacher at Boyd Buchanan School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. During his time there, he also served as an FFA advisor, mentoring students in leadership development, agriculture, and personal growth. His background in education sharpened his communication skills and strengthened his ability to guide people through important decisions. In addition to his teaching career, Nicholas has hands-on experience managing both residential and commercial construction projects, giving him valuable insight into property development, homesites, and land improvements.

A graduate of Harding University with a degree in Business Management, Nicholas combines strong business acumen with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. His experience in construction and residential real estate enables him to help buyers evaluate a property's potential while assisting sellers in positioning their land for maximum value. As a land agent in Tennessee, Nicholas enjoys helping clients discover properties that fit their lifestyles and long-term goals. Nicholas and his wife, Meredith, live in rural Chattanooga with their two sons and their German Shorthaired Pointer. The Bell family is actively involved in their local church, and Nicholas enjoys serving his community by coaching youth baseball and basketball teams, including both of his sons' teams. When he's not working with clients, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, riding bikes, fishing, sitting around a campfire, relaxing at the beach, and making memories together.
