Living his entire life in the Carolinas, Jason has a deep appreciation for the natural beauty found in the region. He grew up in rural Sheldon, SC (Beaufort County) on his family’s farm. It was there that he developed his love for the outdoors. Jason graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics. A licensed Realtor since 1999, Jason has been with National Land Realty since its inception in 2007. He is the Executive Vice President of NLR and serves as Broker in Charge of the Columbia office. In addition, Jason is a Deacon at Eastminster Presbyterian Church, Chairman of the South Carolina Wildlife Federation and Nant'an of F3 Columbia. Jason and his wife, Ashley, live in Columbia, SC along with their 3 boys, John Colin, Graham, and Thomas. He holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Nicholas Ardis began his career in real estate with National Land Realty in late 2015. Nicholas graduated from the University of South Carolina in May 2015, with a double-major in both Finance and Global Supply Chain/Operations Management. For 6 months, Nicholas worked with Pure Fishing and was immersed in the corporate financing world, dealing with international currency hedging. Nicholas believes that land is an investment, both financially and recreationally. He is very adept at spreadsheets and other visuals in Microsoft Excel, therefore being able to show his clients the true value of an investment - not only pertaining to finances. Nicholas's experience and love for the outdoors make him a valued team member.   

Nicholas currently lives in Columbia, SC near the USC campus. He spends most of his time outdoors - hunting, fishing, and playing sports with friends. Nicholas is a people person, loves being on or near the water, and is an avid South Carolina fan.

Born and raised in the midlands of South Carolina in Calhoun County, Tom has always had a great appreciation for the outdoors. From his earliest memories of riding around his family's farm with his father and grandfather, he was taught to appreciate the outdoors, be a steward to the land and preserve the natural beauty of our wonderful state. He attended the University of South Carolina and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Charleston Southern University. Tom later attended the Charleston School of Law and spent twelve years working in the legal field in the beautiful city of Charleston. After spending all that time in an office, he jumped at the opportunity to get back in the field and joined the team at National Land Realty. His legal background brings a unique skill set and excellent negotiation skills to the land brokerage business, enabling him to better serve his clients.

When not busy selling or finding the right property for his clients, you can find Tom hunting, working bird dogs, supporting high school football on Friday’s in the fall, watching Gamecock baseball in the spring and last but certainly not least, trying to keep up with his daughters, Ellie and Mary Collins.

Alton was employed with American Forest Management and Liles Realty before joining National Land Realty in 2016. He obtained his B.S. in Forest Resource Management and is a Registered Forester.

Tyler Stone comes to National Land Realty after a successful seven year career brokering timberland and rural acreage at Wilson/Kibler in Columbia. Tyler was consistently in the top three in volume sales while at Wilson/Kibler and was recognized by the CoStar Group as the top land broker in the Columbia regional market in 2011. He is excited about the resources that National Land Realty brings to the rural land market and believes that with his extensive network of contacts throughout the state; it will allow him to bring even better service to both existing and new clientele. Tyler’s specialty has been buyer/seller representation of large acreage tracts throughout South Carolina.

Tyler is a graduate of Davidson College and is the proud father of a 5 year old son who constantly tests his negotiating skills and a three year old daughter who is just making his hair go gray. His wife Lesley promises to love him regardless.

Jim Taylor, a North Carolina native, has made Columbia, SC his home for the last 25 years. After graduating from Elon University with a degree in business administration, Jim launched a successful sales career spanning over 30 years. Over the course of his career he successfully built two start-up companies; building sales levels to more than $7 million. A long time interest in real estate spurred a career change decision and National Land Realty presents a natural fit.

Jim and his wife Elizabeth have two children and four grandchildren; both Catherine and Jack are graduates of Clemson University. The Taylor's are Solid Orange Clemson supporters. A lifelong, avid outdoors-man, Jim has enjoyed spending his leisure time hunting, hiking, and training for Grand Canyon hikes; having completed more than a dozen rim-to-rim hikes. Local volunteer activities include the Saint Andrews Arbor Day Committee. Jim is a member of Seven Oaks Presbyterian Church and is an Ordained Elder.

Edward has been apart of the National Land team since July of 2015. He obtained his B.S. in Applied Economics & Statistics with a concentration in Agribusiness from Clemson University. Before attending Clemson, Edward grew up on a row crop and dairy farm in Bowman, SC where his love for agriculture and the outdoors first began. Edward gets to know and understand the challenges and needs of his clients by talking with them, getting to know them, asking the right questions, and coming up with creative solutions.

Edward lives in Columbia with his wife Anna and their Springer Spaniel, "Bodie". He loves fly fishing, spending time with is family, and all things Clemson.
