About Me

R. Dwayne Branch joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in August 2023, bringing with him a wealth of timber knowledge from his time working with Branch Timber Services, LLC! Before coming to National Land Realty, Dwayne received his Bachelor’s Degree in Wildlife Biology from NC State University as well as his Associate’s of Applied Science Degree in Drafting and Design from Cape Fear Community College. Dwayne has worked most of his career in the timber procurement industry, but also briefly worked in the wood shavings business for horse-bedding. He is an active member of the National Deer Association and is an accredited NDA Deer Steward Level 1. In his free time, Dwayne enjoys deer and duck hunting, and spending time outdoors. He and his wife, Melissa, are based out of Rowland, NC, where they live with their two sons, Russell and Parker.

Dwayne Branch was my realtor in a land sale of 89 acres of swamp land. To say he was a good realtor is a drastic understatement. He was not only a pleasure to deal with, but was very knowledgeable in prices and how to divide property. He took time to learn first hand the sale area and his timber business experience was extremely valuable in the sale process. There were several special requests that we required and he was able to get them in the agreement, largely because of his attention to detail. Our property was located 500 miles from where we live. Therefore, we were completely in Dwayne's hands and the result could not have been any better!
