National Land Realty is proud to announce that Clint Flowers, ALC, and Ashely McCraney have been named APEX 2022 National Brokers of the Year by the REALTORS® Land Institute!
Clint Flowers, ALC, was recognized as the APEX 2022 National Broker of the Year in Timber Land Sales by the REALTORS® Land Institute during RLI’s National Land Conference in Denver. He was also named one of APEX’s 2022 Top Twenty National Producers. When asked what winning this APEX award meant to him, Clint stated,
“After almost 20 years in the land business, I still love what I do every day. Receiving awards like this, especially from a peer-based organization like RLI, is a humbling reminder of why I do what I do. I am grateful to be named Broker of the Year in Timberland Sales. I owe it all to the clients & customers that trusted me with their land needs, the team & support system at National Land Realty, and the support of my family. I look forward to spending many more years helping people with their land selling & buying needs.”
This is Clint’s fifth time being named a Broker of the Year by the REALTORS® Land Institute. Clint was also named National Land Realty’s Top Producer in terms of total acreage sold and most listings obtained as well as the Top Gun, the agent or broker with the total highest allocated gross commission, at the 2023 National Land Summit.
Ashley McCraney was recognized as the APEX 2022 National Broker of the Year in Agribusiness Sales by the REALTORS® Land Institute. Ashley is the first woman in history to receive a Broker of the Year award from the REALTORS® Land Institute. Regarding this award, Ashley stated,
“I am so honored to be the first female agent to ever receive an Apex Broker of the Year Award! I pray this inspires other women in the industry to be bold and go after their dreams as well. I have the best clients and customers; without them, I would have never grown my business to this level. So many people in both the REALTORS® Land Institute and my brokerage, National Land Realty, believed in me and saw big things that I couldn’t see for myself! I am most grateful to my husband who has stepped up for our family and filled in a lot for me while I pursued my career. There were many times that this industry made me believe I couldn’t, but he has always been right there to remind me that I can!”
