APEX 2025 Broker of the Year- Agribusiness Land Sales
Congratulations to Ashley McCraney for being named Broker of the Year in Agribusiness Sales! Based out of our Southeastern Alabama Office, Ashley specializes in poultry farms and other kinds of rural agribusiness properties.
Earlier this year, at the 2026 National Land Summit in Louisville, Ashley was recognized as one of National Land Realty’s Top 50 Producers in 2025. Ashley’s continued excellence in agricultural sales and commitment to her local producers have cemented her as one of the country’s foremost experts when it comes to buying or selling land for poultry. APEX 2025 Regional Broker of the Year- Region 9, Timberland Sales
Congratulations to Clint Flowers, ALC, who was the recipient of the Regional Broker of the Year award for Region 9 in Timberland Sales, covering Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
Clint has been National Land Realty’s top-producing agent since joining the organization in 2015, and his continued excellence in timberland sales and dedication to the land industry have once again placed him among the top performers nationwide.
