Willie Marlen joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in January of 2022. Before National Land Realty, Willie served in the United States Navy and then went on to own and operate an archery pro shop in SE Oklahoma. With a talent for ranch and land management, his most recent engagement had him overseeing the operation of over 1000 head of wild mustangs within the BLM program while also working closely with ranch owners in erosion control and water retention efforts. Willie’s wealth of experience enables him to be smooth with solutions and easy to work with. He’s a true Rancher himself and as straightforward as they come. Willie currently resides in western Arkansas at the base of the Ouachita mountains. When he’s not listing the most beautiful properties, you’ll find him on the back of a rank colt or posted up in the woods calling in that buck your buddies have only seen on camera.
