About Me

Todd Walter joined National Land Realty in September 2020 and has 30 years of experience in real estate. He also serves in the U.S. Army. He previously worked for Divaris Real Estate Inc., Kahn Development Company, and Baita International where he sold shopping centers, mixed-use developments and mid-rise apartment buildings. Todd decided to join National Land Realty because of the platform and listing program that “is superior to any other national real estate company.” 

Todd received his Bachelor of Science Degree at the Wharton School. He also taught a business school course in Urban Economics, Corporate Finance and Mortgage Banking. He is currently involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Todd and his wife, Ginger, have a daughter, Julia. The couple currently lives in Boise, Idaho, with their dog Lily. In his free time, Todd enjoys volunteering with Prison Fellowship, Samaritan's Purse and Billy Graham Evangelical Crusades.
