Sonja Howle joined National Land Realty in November 2024 as an experienced San Antonio real estate agent specializing in land transactions. With five years of full-time real estate experience, Sonja has focused on land sales for three years and commercial office leasing for two years with KW Commercial in San Antonio, Texas. Her diverse background includes seven years as a dealer for the nation’s largest post and beam/timber frame company, as well as media leadership roles for high-profile clients like Taco Bell, AT&T, and Valero.

Sonja is the founder of GeoRanch, which was awarded the Land Tech Accelerator Award from the Realtors Land Institute, showcasing her commitment to innovation in land sales. Her expertise includes agriculture, carbon programs, and leasing opportunities. She’s especially passionate about assisting clients in selling land in San Antonio and maximizing revenue streams for property owners in the region.

Outside of her work as a land agent, Sonja enjoys writing, reading, and movies. She lives with her husband, Michael, and their two dogs, Sam, a Cairn Terrier, and Molly, a Yellow Lab mix, in the San Antonio area.
