About Me
Sheryl Manuel began her real estate career in 2009 and became a licensed broker in 2014. After building early success as a multi-million dollar residential producer, it was a 4,000-acre land deal in 2015 that shifted her focus and grounded her purpose.
While she’s still learning the deeper layers of land, she knows one thing for sure: these deals aren’t just transactions, they’re legacy moves. They deserve presence, patience, and a broker willing to go the extra mile (or several) to make them happen.
Sheryl leads with deep listening, tenacity, and an old-school work ethic. If a property isn’t on the market, she’s not afraid to knock on doors to find it. And if you’re a landowner ready to sell, she brings that same grounded strategy and care to positioning your property for its next chapter.
A Dale Carnegie graduate, Sheryl’s sales career began at 19 with door-to-door sales, and later included owning a fine jewelry store. She also served as the founding chair of Communities Against Domestic Abuse. When she’s not working a deal, you’ll likely find her journaling, writing, or simply spending time with the people who keep her centered and grounded.
