About Me

Josh Pless is an experienced land agent in South Carolina who combines a professional background in land surveying with a lifelong passion for the outdoors. Before joining National Land Realty, Josh spent 9 years as a surveyor with Arbor Land Design and 2 years as a land agent with Mossy Oak Properties. His surveying expertise gives him an edge when evaluating property lines, topography, and development potential, skills that benefit landowners looking to sell land in South Carolina as well as buyers searching for the right acreage.

Josh specializes in recreational land, homes with acreage, and construction/development tracts. Growing up in Boiling Springs and now living in Campobello, he knows Spartanburg County and Greenville County extremely well. His own dream of owning recreational property became reality in 2021 when he and his wife purchased an 18-acre farmhouse in Campobello. That personal journey helps him connect with like-minded people who want their own piece of recreational ground for hunting, farming, or family memories.

Josh holds a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel and is an FAA-licensed drone pilot. He is also a proud member of the National Deer Association and the National Wild Turkey Federation. Outside of work, he enjoys bowhunting, wildlife habitat improvement, woodworking, and spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, or at the lake.

Josh lives in Campobello with his wife, Devon, and their two children, Harper and Hayden. Their family also includes two dogs, cats, goats, and chickens, proof that Josh doesn’t just help others buy land; he lives the lifestyle himself.
