About Me

Joseph (Joe) Clark joined National Land Realty in December 2024 to help clients buy and sell land in Alabama, with a focus on Madison County and the surrounding areas. As a dedicated land agent in Alabama, Joe specializes in working with buyers who are looking for home sites and plan to build on their land.

With over a decade of experience in the defense industry and a prior career in the United States Air Force, Joe brings expertise in navigating complex transactions, contract management, and governmental processes. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University.

Joe is especially passionate about assisting Veterans who wish to utilize the VA Construction Loan to purchase land and build their homes. He helps clients identify suitable properties, guides them through the unique aspects of the VA construction loan process, and ensures they ask the right questions when evaluating land for their needs. His knowledge and support help Veterans and other buyers avoid costly mistakes and move forward with confidence.

When he's not helping clients buy land in Alabama, Joe enjoys classic cars, trucks, motorcycles, and all things Americana. An avid outdoorsman, he also loves hunting Mule Deer and Elk in the West, fishing for native trout, and spending time in the mountains.

Joe and his wife, Whitney, have been married for 15 years and live on their own piece of land in New Hope, Alabama, with their three children, Betty, Dean, and Sam.
