We had a small land purchase that I didn’t think would really be worth anyone’s time but I was absolutely wrong!

Another realtor friend of mine referred us to Jeremy, who she knew was familiar with land purchases. I reached out to Jeremy and asked if this is something he could help us with and he wasted no time!

Jeremy was on top of it, always had great communication, answered all of our questions and let us know what we did or did not need when the time came to it. He didn’t care about the lot size, he was just ready to help - which my husband and I appreciated as this was our first purchase other than a home.

We plan on buying more land in the future and will 100% use Jeremy again as well as refer him out to our friends. I am beyond thankful for his help as he helped start and finish our dream purchase. Thank you again Jeremy for everything!!
