Cody Gunter joined National Land Realty on January 9, 2025, bringing a wealth of land and timber expertise. His career is rooted in his family’s legacy through North Edisto Logging, a business established by his grandfather. Now in its third generation, Cody plays a pivotal role in managing the company’s daily operations, overseeing timber harvesting and sales throughout South Carolina and parts of Georgia. His deep understanding of land management practices and property transformation equips him to help clients maximize their land’s value and potential.

As a landowner himself, Cody enjoys managing his property and spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He is also an active member of his community, serving as a Deacon at Steadman Baptist Church. Outside of work, Cody values time with his family and pursues hobbies like fitness, outdoor activities, and church involvement.

Cody resides in Steadman, SC, with his wife Mandy, their three children—Camden, Zayden, and Coleman—and their labradoodle, Remy.
