Brian R. Miller joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in March 2022. He has served as a Broker for North Eastern Group Realty since 2013. His sales performance included listing and selling rural land with improvements such as homes and outbuildings; recreational/hunting/agricultural land; and residential development land. His love of land developed early in 4H, hunting, fishing, and outdoor experiences in the U.S. and Northern Ontario that helped shaped his values on land. Brian believes that just like the professional staging of a great home, clients can and should do the same with land so that buyers understand the potential and view the property in its best possible light. He received his bachelor’s degree in Watershed and River Basin Policy and Planning from The Ohio State University and a master's degree in Public Administration from Indiana University. His career has included work as a District/Soil Conservationist with the USDA, Soil Conservation Service, Executive Director of The Maumee River Basin Commission and he currently serves as an adjunct faculty for Indiana Wesleyan University instructing Environmental Conservation and Earth Science. He is a licensed broker in SC and IN as well as a licensed real estate instructor. Brian’s background in soils, wetlands, forestry, and conservation makes him extremely knowledgeable on a variety of aspects of land management, allowing Brian to assist each client with getting their land sold and buyers making great decisions! In his free time, Brian and his wife, Rebecca, enjoy traveling, boating, kayaking, hiking, and fishing, especially in Montana and the West. He and his wife are based in Upstate South Carolina and enjoy spending time with their four children and four grandchildren. “Let’s go buy or sell your next great property together!"
