Boyd Harris joined the National Land Realty team in September 2021 with over 35 years of experience in real estate. Prior to joining, he worked as a self-employed agriculture real estate broker for 30 years and a broker/auctioneer for Farmers National Company for 11 years. Some types of properties Boyd has sold include cropland, rural residential, subdivision tracts, and new home developments, but his favorite to sell is agricultural and crop properties at auctions.
Boyd is actively involved in farming, having owned/operating farrow to finish swine operations in the past; now currently operating a 700 acre grain farm and small cow-calk operation. In addition, he has several years experience with land/subdivision development, home construction, and commercial marketing.
Boyd and his wife, Patty, have one son, Shawn, who is a Marine. They also have two Labrador retrievers and live in Central Missouri. In his spare time, Boyd enjoys hunting as well as being a part of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and Realtors Land Institute (RLI). He is also an Accredited Land Consultant and a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser in MO and IL.
