Dale recently joined National Land Realty after working with the Alabama Forestry Commission. He retired from the AFC after 25 years of service as a County Forester and later as a Work Unit Manager over several counties. Dale received his B.S in Forest Management from Auburn University and is a Registered Forester in Alabama, Certified Prescribed Burn Manager, and a Certified Inspector for tree farms, Forest Stewardship, and Alabama TREASURE Forest Programs.
Dale lives in Montgomery, AL, with his wife Clemice, and their two boys, Brandon and Beaty. In his spare time, Dale enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching college football. He also joined his brother as a 4th generation pecan buyer with his family's business, Hurst Pecan Company.

Garrett joined National Land Realty in 2014, having been previously employed with Reed Ingram Motors as an automobile broker, Colonial Life as a sales recruiter, and Cumulus Radio in sales. Having spent his lifetime cattle farming and hunting, Garrett knows what makes a great piece of land. Importantly, he knows the people in these markets and can relate to them from his own real world experiences.

Robert Dale Jamison Jr. recently began his career in real estate at National Land Realty. Robert received his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Alabama in 2003. He has grown up under the leadership of his father who has been in the land business for over 40 years and has been equipping him with the necessary knowledge to succeed.
Robert is an avid turkey hunter and has a love and passion for spending time in the outdoors with his family and friends. He and his wife, Michelle, have three children: Eva Kate, Addie, and Colton. The family currently lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Dale comes to National Land Realty after working as an educator and football coach for 31 years. He graduated from the University of North Alabama and has degrees in physical education and recreation, health education, and learning disabilities. Dale's areas of expertise include hunting land and recreational land.
Dale and his wife Tammy, a former Mississippi State majorette, have two children: Tyler and Dirk. In his spare time, Dale enjoys deer and turkey hunting with his sons and taking family beach vacations to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast.

Tim Johnson joined National Land Realty in 2018. Tim has over 10 years of real estate experience. He previously served as Mississippi State Senator for District 19 from 1996-2003 and was also on the Madison County Board of Supervisors in Madison County, MS for several years. Tim is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and received his MS Real Estate License in 2006.
Tim enjoys helping clients find a property that fits their particular needs. He focuses on having constant communication with his clients to get to know them better and help them navigate the real estate market.
He and his wife, Lynn Young Johnson, have three children: Mary Margaret (27) who is married to CJ Jenkins, Marshal (23) who is currently stationed in Cheyenne, WY with the U.S. Air force, and Lynlee (14). They also have two dogs: Tico and Tucker. Tim’s favorite pastime is golfing, but he enjoys anything that involves the outdoors. He’s also a big fan of SEC college football.

Thomas Joiner was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. Starting at a young age he developed a deep passion for the outdoors through hunting and fishing with family and friends. He attended the University of Alabama where he obtained a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. While in school he held various land management positions where he consulted with land owners to help them realize the true potential of their property by providing suggestions and services to help them reach their goals for land. He was a participant in the ACRE program offered at the University for real estate students; this gave him great insight into the real estate profession. In addition, he was involved in the community through programs such as Walk to Defeat ALS, and numerous cookouts to raise money for the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, attending college football games, and generally spending time in the outdoors.

Curtis joined National Land Realty in 2017 after working as Deputy Commissioner of ACDNR (Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources). Curtis graduated from Auburn University with a degree in electrical engineering and is retired from Alabama Power Company where he served in a number of capacities including Division Manager for External Affairs. Curtis also worked as an associate real estate broker with John Hall & Company where he dealt in timberland and recreational property.
Curtis is an Alabama native and currently resides in Pike Road, AL with his wife and children. He enjoys hunting and fishing and is an Auburn fan.

David Kelley joined National Land Realty in 2018. David has several years of real estate experience and nearly 30 years of forest management experience, working 20 years in the forestry consulting business. He is a Registered Forester in Mississippi and Alabama and is a current member of the Alabama Army National Guard, 1/117th FA, B Battery, Montgomery, AL.

Kenneth Lancaster joined National Land Realty in 2018. Kenneth is the host of The Given Right show on the Discovery Channel. He is also on the Bone Collector TV staff and spent 13 years with Primos Truth About Hunting TV. He is involved in several organizations such as Ducks Unlimited, Whitetails Unlimited, the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF), and the National Rifle Association (NRA).
Kenneth and his wife, Holly, currently live in Utica, MS, and have two daughters: Gracen and Briley. When he’s not working, you can find Kenneth hunting, fishing and spending time with family.

Bruce Lanier, a Registered Forester in AL, GA, and MS, holds a Bachelors of Science in Forest Management from the University of Georgia and is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters. Rusty was born and raised in the Natchez, Mississippi, area and currently resides in the Church Hill community of southwest Jefferson County. He has owned and operated his own company for over 30 years while still being active in land management on his family’s land as well as for others. Rusty has been involved in the real estate business for more than ten years as a Land Professional where he concentrates on recreational hunting properties and investment grade real estate. He has been hunting and fishing for his entire life, and knows southwest Mississippi as well as anyone in real estate.
Rusty has been married to his wife Terry for 34 years, and they have two children and four grandchildren. His hobbies include hunting, golfing, and doing what his four granddaughters want him to do!

John started his Real Estate career in 2003 when he and his father co-founded WaterField Ventures, LLC, where together they acquired recreational properties and developed land with an environmentally conscious approach. John was responsible for the acquisition and development of several new home communities on Alabama’s Lewis Smith Lake. His experience includes acquiring property, improving land, marketing, and selling property to investors, developers, and individuals.
Since 2007, John has owned, improved, and operated over 2,000 acres of recreational property and farmland in Alabama’s Blackbelt. John is dedicated to the conservation and management of his family's land. He recently achieved a personal goal by earning the Alabama TREASURE Forest Certification for his commitment to protecting land and representing good stewardship. John and his family have donated several conservation easements to the Alabama Land Trust, ensuring that the land will be protected for future generations. His unique knowledge has been earned by countless hours spent managing land & wildlife and searching for the best land & sporting properties for his clients.
John grew up on the Mobile Bay in Montrose, Alabama where he first learned about land stewardship and conservation. He studied at The University of Alabama and UAB and now resides in Birmingham with his wife Frances and 3 children. He is a devoted landowner and an avid outdoors-man whose interests include fishing, hunting, photography, history, and travel.

Jacob Miller joined National Land Realty in 2018. Jacob previously worked at Tara Wildlife as a deer hunting guide on the Mississippi River and taught school for three years. He received his bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Mississippi. Jacob grew up spending most of his time outdoors and brings that love of the land to his career as a land professional. Whether buying or selling land, Jacob dedicates his time to each and every one of his clients and their goals.

Tom Monaghan joined National Land Realty in 2018. Tom has over 40 years of personal experience in real estate – buying, selling and managing land. Tom has also served in numerous roles that have helped him develop his knowledge and passion for land such as Soil Conservationist with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Manager, Wildlife Biologist with the US Forest Service, Faculty and Extension Leader with the Mississippi State University Department of Forestry, Program Coordinator with the Mississippi Forestry Association, State Coordinator with the MS Sustainable Forestry Initiative, and State Administrator with the MS Tree Farm Program.
Tom received his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees from Mississippi State University. He also brings over 30 years of experience assessing the needs of landowners and professionals and developing educational programs to meet those needs. As Extension Leader for the MSU Dept of Forestry, he directed and coordinated the development of short courses, workshops, field days, demonstrations, publications, newsletters, and other programs in all aspects of forest and natural resource management. He personally specialized in forest taxation, management, marketing, and economics.
Tom and his wife, Sharon, have two adult children and five granddaughters. Tom enjoys deer hunting (when he has time), managing his own land and traveling out West.

Bradley Morris has been with National Land Realty since 2015. He is former military, has a BS degree in criminal justice, and has worked a variety of jobs from gas fields to corporate management. Bradley spent the previous 14 years managing security & facility maintenance operations for a large Alabama corporation.
Bradley lives in Pelham with his wife of 30+ years, Diane, and they have two kids, Kristen & Mitchell. Bradley is a deer & turkey hunting fanatic. He is involved in youth sports and sits on several boards of directors. He is also very involved in his church and enjoys working with the youth programs.

Trey Moss joined National Land Realty in 2018. Trey grew up spending time in the outdoors, hunting and fishing, and is knowledgeable about all different types of land.
