About Me
Taylor Heithold joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in March 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in wildlife management. His love for land and the outdoors has always been a driving force in his life. After earning a BBA in Finance from NC State, Taylor chose to pursue his passion for the outdoors by attending Swan Mountain Wilderness Guide School in Montana. He then moved to the Midwest, where he spent over a decade guiding hunts and fishing trips across the country, guiding everything from pheasant and quail to whitetail, turkey, walleye, and striped bass. Taylor also owned a striper fishing guide service in South Carolina and a snow goose outfitting business in South Dakota.
With a deep commitment to putting his clients first, Taylor has now channeled his passion for helping others into land brokerage. He brings over a decade of expertise in habitat management, focusing on maximizing the potential of every property to create the optimal habitat for wildlife. Whether you're looking for a recreational tract, hunting land, agricultural land, timber, or waterfront property, Taylor is the expert you want on your side.
Taylor is an active member of Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, National Wild Turkey Federation, NAVHDA, and the National Deer Association (where he is a Deer Steward Level 1). His diverse background makes him an ideal advisor for all your land needs.
In his free time, Taylor enjoys hunting, fishing, training his bird dogs, mountain biking, and all things outdoors. He's also a volunteer for Meals On Wheels and his church, Second Chance Church. He is currently based out of Easley, SC where he lives with his 3 dogs, Trooper, Zeus, and Chuck.
