About Me

Ray Crosby Jr. joined National Land Realty in March 2025 with a blend of hands-on farm knowledge, business ownership, and real estate experience. Ray’s previous affiliations include Coldwell Banker, Rowell Realty, and Golden Shield Real Estate, where he built a reputation for professionalism, relationship-building, and customer service. Additionally, Ray has worked as a business broker with Golden Shield Business Brokers since 2000.

Born and raised on his family farm in Georgia, Ray is the third-generation owner of Weeks Honey Farm, a family-run operation in business since 1960. His deep-rooted knowledge of farming, ranging from cattle and crops to beekeeping and bird dogs, gives him a unique advantage when helping clients sell their farmland in Georgia.

Ray holds both the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certifications. He serves actively on the staff and missions team at Heritage Church in Moultrie, GA, and enjoys using his gifts to help people, whether in real estate, church, or community outreach.

Ray lives in Tifton, GA, with his wife, Sherri. They are proud parents of six children and five grandchildren, and he enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family and making new connections. His hobbies include meeting people, building relationships, and engaging with the community throughout Tift, Colquitt, Worth, Thomas, and Cook Counties, the same South Georgia region he’s called home his entire life.
