Come see this wonderful woodland paradise along Watermelon Branch for your homestead, hunting camp, timber investment and more. The current owner built a foundation and has an old camper (of no value, will not be removed, do not enter) up at one building site. Above the home site is an old spring box and spring that has a nice flow of water. The owners installed a 2-bed septic system in the 1980s and planned to build a log cabin kit home someday. There is also an old mine, probably a soapstone/talc mine from the 1970s with an opening beside the camper (use caution). A new owner will redo entrance/culvert. Park along the road for visits.
