Jason Walter, founder of National Land Realty, has extensive experience in both land development and land brokerage. From 2003-2007 he headed acquisitions for land development projects totaling more than $300 Million in 31 different states. This was accomplished while serving as Vice President of Business Development for RealtiCorp from 2003-2005, a South Carolina based commercial land developer and as Vice President of Heritage Green from 2005-2007, a Residential Land Development Company headquartered out of Australia.
In 2007 Walter founded Carolina Land Realty and by 2012, Jason expanded his vision by turning Carolina Land Realty into National Land Realty with the intention of creating a Land Brokerage firm with a national footprint.
Mr. Walter holds BS and MA degrees from Clemson University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Realtor Land Institute. He enjoys watching football at his Alma Mater, fishing at one of his favorite spots and spending time with his wife Emily and son Rocco.

Aaron Graham is the President of National Land Realty (NLR) and is a licensed real estate broker in NE, IA, KS & MO.
Aaron entered the real estate business in 2004, after retiring from a successful NFL career where he played for the Arizona Cardinals, Oakland Raiders and Tennessee Titans. Since that time, he has brokered over $300,000,000 of land transactions throughout the Midwest, mostly in the farm, ranch and recreational market sectors.
Aaron has earned the esteemed designation of being an Accredited Land Consultant with the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), which only the best in the land business achieve. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for RLI and also as the Chair on the Future Leaders Committee. In 2016, RLI presented Aaron with the Rising Star Award, which is awarded to one individual each year for making significant contributions to the land profession and to the Institute.
Aaron lives in Gretna, NE with his wife, Kim, and their 4 children, Cooper, Baylen, Landrie and Nash.

Ann Gaffigan is the Chief Technology Officer for National Land Realty. Gaffigan competed in cross country and track and field at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she earned All-American status in the 3000m steeplechase in 2004 as a senior. She went on to compete at the Olympic Trials in 2004, where she won and set an American Record in the event. Gaffigan, who had graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Computer Science, continued training while developing her own business serving clients who needed custom software solutions. Gaffigan retired in 2008 after her second Olympic Trials. She then began to work with Aaron Graham of Land Pros Realty (formerly Premier Properties Inc) in Gretna, developing a backend system to manage and market the brokerage's listings, from start to close. Gaffigan has now transitioned from her own company to National Land Realty, a new chapter she is excited to start.

Susan grew up in Greer, SC, and attended Clemson University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management. She began as the Director of Marketing for National Land Realty in 2008 and in 2015 was promoted to VP of Operations. She was then promoted again to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in early 2017. As COO, Susan oversees and manages all operations of the company to drive sustainability and growth. Her initiative, reliability, and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to the National Land Realty team.
Susan is married and has a daughter named Samantha. She enjoys volunteering and donating to the local animal shelters, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her friends and family which includes her dogs.

Living his entire life in the Carolinas, Jason has a deep appreciation for the natural beauty found in the region. He grew up in rural Sheldon, SC (Beaufort County) on his family’s farm. It was there that he developed his love for the outdoors. Jason graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics. A licensed Realtor since 1999, Jason has been with National Land Realty since its inception in 2007. He is the Executive Vice President of NLR and serves as Broker in Charge of the Columbia and Greenville offices. In addition, Jason is a Deacon at Eastminster Presbyterian Church, Chairman of the South Carolina Wildlife Federation and Nant'an of F3 Columbia. Nathan Fabrick has joined National Land Realty to support business development and corporate acquisition efforts, in addition to managing the Jacksonville office. Nathan has a diverse background in sales and business development. In the four years prior to joining NLR, he worked as Director of Sales for an early stage sports apparel brand, growing sales from start up to over $1M annually and creating 250 retail locations. Prior to that, Nathan spent his early career in commercial brokerage with Carolina Land Realty (predecessor to NLR) and Cantrell and Morgan, developing strategy and identifying locations for national brands such as Tractor Supply, Publix, Walgreens, and Tutor Time Learning Centers. Nathan’s insight into business operations and real estate allows him to bring a unique and rounded approach to meeting client needs and supporting acquisition efforts. He is passionate about helping businesses expand and promoting industry growth. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
He currently resides in Jacksonville Beach, FL, is an avid tennis player, outdoor enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and two golden retrievers.

Born in Charleston, SC, and raised in Atlanta, GA, Logan is a true southerner. He attended the University of Kentucky before transferring to the University of Georgia where he obtained his Real Estate degree from the Terry School of Business. He is a member of the Real Estate Society at UGA, as well as a leader in HEROs, a nonprofit club at UGA. Logan has sold property across the Southeast, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia.
Logan enjoys traveling across the Southeast for college football games, taking his Basset Hounds to Carolina beaches and Georgia lakes, and playing sports such as basketball, flag football, tennis, and baseball.

Carrie joined National Land Realty in November 2014 after 11 years with the State of North Carolina, where she worked extensively with facilities & planning support and communications. As the Director of Data Services, Carrie's primary focus points are the nationwide management of GIS and sales data, the analysis and presentation of KPI data, and the development & implementation of validation processes.
When she isn't chasing down data, Carrie can be found exploring all that Greenville has to offer and spending time with her husband and three sons.

Lizz was born and raised in the Chicago Suburbs and now lives in Greenville with her husband Rob. She received a Masters of Marketing from Clemson University and is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in economics. She has several years of experience working for automotive dealers throughout the Gulf Coast in marketing and promotions.

Mark Anderson has an extensive background in forestry and land management with 34+ years experience as a forester and 10 years in real estate a federal, municipal, and private client level. With Mark’s unique background, he is able to guide clients and families through the often difficult decision of when, how, and where to purchase or sell real estate properties.
Mark worked for the U. S. Forest Service for 13 years on National Forests throughout Mississippi, where he practiced a holistic approach to combining wildlife, fire, recreation, and timber production into overall land management. In addition, Mark spent eight years employed by the City of Hattiesburg, MS, to direct the Urban Forestry Program and work with builders and developers by integrating smart land development with urban natural resources. From 1998 to present, Mark has been a private client forestry consultant, managing timberlands for individuals, family estates, and institutions.
Mark’s formal educational background includes receiving a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management, Mississippi State University in 1986, and an Associate’s degree from Pearl River community College in 1982. Mark graduated from Forrest County Agricultural High School, and while working with the U.S. Forest Service, he completed the Program of Advanced Studies of Silviculture, at Clemson University, West Virginia University and Syracuse-University of New York. Other qualifications and relevant membership include being a member of the Mississippi Forestry Association, Forrest-Lamar County Forestry Association, member of the Mississippi State University Forestry Advisory Board, USM Lake Thoreau Education Center Advisory Board, and Piney Woods Chapter of the Land Trust for the MS Coastal Plain. Mark is a MS Registered Forester, and a Mississippi licensed Real Estate broker.

Vidal was born and raised in Natchez, Mississippi. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1982 with a B. S. in business. Vidal has been in the real estate business and held a broker’s license in Mississippi since 1982, as well as a broker’s license in Louisiana. Vidal and affiliated companies have been active in every facet of real estate from residential and commercial, to recreational. Since 2000, he has concentrated on land and timber, recreation hunting properties, and what should be considered as Investment Grade Real Estate. Vidal knows value and tries to match the customer with what he desires.
Vidal has been married for 33 years to Tanna and, while they enjoy travel, he is most content with the work he enjoys. Vidal is also a co-owner of Good Hope, Inc., a multi-state land and timber management company that concentrates on wood procurement.

Beth McLellan joined National Land Realty in 2018. Beth is a member of the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI) and was the first woman in Mississippi to receive the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. She has twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, with fourteen years in the land sales area. She served as the past president of the Attala County Forestry Association and has held several positions on the RLI board.
Beth enjoys working with clients and doing yard work. She and her husband, Bernard, have three children, eight grandchildren, and a rescue dog named Sandy.

Clint is the managing broker for National Land Realty throughout the Gulf Coast region. He was the top producing agent at National Land Realty in 2016 & 2017, and is one of the few agents in the southeast to be awarded the designation of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). He has been in the land business since 2004 and joined the NLR team in late 2015. Clint is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. He specializes in the sale, acquisition, and assemblage of large commercial, agricultural, recreational, timberland, and conservation properties. He is a previous board member of the Alabama Chapter of the Realtors® Land Institute, the Alabama Forest Resources Center land trust, and sits on the national Future Leaders Committee of the Realtors® Land Institute. Clint is a graduate of the University of Alabama's Culverhouse College of Commerce & Business Administration, where he received a degree in Investment Management. Raised in Jackson, Alabama and the son of a consultant forester, he grew to be an avid hunter and outdoorsman from a young age. Clint currently lives in Spanish Fort, Alabama with his wife Gina, an elementary school teacher, and their son Mason. Thomas Krajewski came to National Land Realty after a lengthy career in outdoor recreation and hospitality at Blackberry Farm Hotel in Walland, TN. His experience in the outdoors and passion for providing the highest level of service makes him a perfect addition to the team. In his previous sales experience, Thomas was responsible for developing programming and strategy that drove incidental sales for the resort. Thomas is a Knoxville native, and has proven to be the perfect agent to head up our Knoxville Office. In his spare time Thomas spends time with his wife Lisa, son Henry, daughter Anna and two dogs. His passion for the outdoors also leads him to fly fish, hunt, kayak, and spend time cycling whenever possible. Thomas became an Accredited Land Consultant in 2018.

Peter G. Mazeine, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), joined National Land in February 2018. He has been actively engaged in the real estate business since 1994.
He previously served as Senior Investment Advisor for Halderman Real Estate Services and Halderman Farm Management Services. Together, they comprise one of the largest brokers and managers of farm and transitional real estate assets in the United States, providing asset management, real estate brokerage, appraisal and consulting services for over 1,000 farm and transitional properties with a market value in excess of $1 billion and over 240,000 acres in 19 states.
In addition to his role at National Land Realty, he is the managing member of Providence Land Advisors, LLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, specializing in private land investment with a focus on the transitional and agricultural sectors. The company and its affiliated partnerships currently own or have owned land in Florida, Kansas, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Vermont, and Virginia. The geographic and market diversity of the company’s business history provides access to a diverse set of land investment opportunities.
Peter received a business degree from the University of Vermont in 1990 and holds real estate broker licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina & Vermont. He is personally invested in partnerships which own and manage over 35,000 acres of farmland, ranchland, and timberland located in the Southeast, Midwest and Great Plains. Ryan Schroeter, Broker for National Land Realty in Nebraska and Iowa, grew up on a farm in Northeastern Nebraska. His father and grandfather instilled his love and respect for the land and for the outdoors in him at a very young age. He has been an avid hunter and fisherman since he was able to carry his own gun and fishing pole. His outdoor passions include upland game, waterfowl, turkey, and big game. Ryan, his wife Brenda, and their two daughters live in a small rural community between the Elkhorn and Missouri River. He is a 1997 he graduate of the University of Nebraska - Kearney, Nebraska during this same year he received his real estate license. In 2003, Ryan obtained his broker's license. Ryan is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) through the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) being 1 of the 7 in Nebraska. His main focus is crop land and recreational properties in Nebraska and Iowa; throughout his years in real estate sales, he has sold row crop farms, recreational/hunting farms, ranches, acreages, development and transitional property. While at National Land Realty, Ryan has received numerous Top Producer awards. He is also a registered appraiser working under Steve Kroeger a Certified General Appraiser and is working on obtaining his Certified General Appraiser license.

Jeramy Stephens is a Partner and Managing Broker at National Land Realty (NLR) where he oversees the company’s Mid-South region office in Little Rock, Arkansas. Jeramy is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) with the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI) and currently serves as the National President for the organization. He has also held several positions at RLI as Vice Chair for the Education Committee and Arkansas Chapter President.
