Jason Walter, founder of National Land Realty, has extensive experience in both land development and land brokerage. From 2003-2007 he headed acquisitions for land development projects totaling more than $300 Million in 31 different states. This was accomplished while serving as Vice President of Business Development for RealtiCorp from 2003-2005, a South Carolina based commercial land developer and as Vice President of Heritage Green from 2005-2007, a Residential Land Development Company headquartered out of Australia.
In 2007 Walter founded Carolina Land Realty and by 2012, Jason expanded his vision by turning Carolina Land Realty into National Land Realty with the intention of creating a Land Brokerage firm with a national footprint.
Mr. Walter holds BS and MA degrees from Clemson University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Realtor Land Institute. Jason is married to his wife Shelly, an attorney, and has a son, Rocco. He enjoys watching football at his Alma Mater, or fishing at one of his favorite spots throughout the region.

Aaron Graham is the President of National Land Realty (NLR) and the Managing Broker for NLR's Midwest Office located in Gretna, NE. Aaron oversees the activities of NLR's licensed associates in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa & Missouri, and he also works closely with NLR's Broker/Partners across the United States. Aaron entered the real estate business in 2004 after retiring from a successful NFL career where he played for the Arizona Cardinals, Oakland Raider and Tennessee Titans. Clint is the managing broker for National Land Realty throughout the Gulf Coast region. He is a multimillion dollar producer in his service area and one of few agents in the southeast to be awarded the esteemed Accredited Land Consultants designation (ALC). He has been in the land business since 2004 and is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. Clint specializes in the sale, acquisition, and assemblage of large commercial, agricultural, recreational, timberland, and conservation properties. He is also a board member of the Alabama Chapter of the Realtors® Land Institute and the Alabama Forest Resources Center. Bob has been in land sales since 1979 and was employed with Hinton Lumber Company for 7 years. He attended The University of Alabama and was trained in land sales with Gulf States Paper Corp. under Westervelt Land Co. Bob's areas of expertise include recreational land, timberland, and agricultural land. With the instability of the land market in the last 7 years, Bob and NLR have still managed to sell some of the finest recreational tracts to long-term end users. Throughout his career, Bob has been blessed to sell many great tracts of land. Some of those include Allen Acres, Callaway Plantation, and Roost Game Preserve.

Chris Marshall came to National Land Realty after 18 years in real estate, with 13 of those years spent in rural land sales. His expertise ranges from business management to the sale of rural tracts such as farmland, timberland and hunting tracts. Chris finds a challenge in staying updated on evaluation tools and data related to soils, wetlands, timber and wildlife; he stays in the loop by subscribing to numerous publications, taking classes and going to conferences to sharpen his expertise. He has described the most rewarding part of his work as the ability to share his knowledge with prospective buyers and help existing landowners evaluate their tracts in new ways. In 2013 his team won a competitive bid for a 3,000 acre wetland mitigation bank netting the landowners involved approximately 2.5 times the market value, an accomplishment he is most proud of.
When not in the office, Chris loves to partake in competitive shotgun shooting and has helped coach the King's Academy Youth Shooting Team to three National Championships in competitive shot gunning (Sporting Clays).

Jeramy Stephens is a Partner and the Managing Broker for National Land Realty for the Mid South region in the Little Rock, Arkansas office. Originally from Stuttgart, Arkansas, the Rice and Duck Captial of the World, Jeramy still has many ties to Eastern Arkansas and the Mid South area. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business with emphasis in Farm Management and Ag Marketing. Jeramy worked in the Farm Credit System as a Branch Manager in Eastern Arkansas until 2003. Since that time he has been involved in the real estate business and partnered with National Land Realty in January 2016. Jeramy specializes in row crop farm sales, timberland and recreational duck hunting properties. He is an avid sportsman enjoying all types of hunting and fishing. Jeramy has obtained the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant designation from the Realtors Land Institute and is the Arkansas Chapter President. Cailein Campbell joined our team after serving in the Navy. His previous experience includes assisting in the development of a 92 acre parcel into hospitality property and restoring cabins for The Cottages at Spring House Farm. Wayne has been a timber procurement forester for the past 26 years and has been involved in many land and timber transactions where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in real estate. He acquired his Alabama Real Estate Agent license in 2010, Alabama Broker license in 2014, and Mississippi Broker license in 2015. He has been a broker with NLR since March of 2015. Previous to NLR, Wayne was a Timber Procurement Forester for Woodrow Reynolds & Son Timber Co. from 1989 to 2011, and for Fincher/Magnolia Timber Companies from 2011-2015. He also worked as a real estate agent for McCraw Forest Management as well as a broker for Canebrake Land Brokers. By doing the following, Wayne is able to evaluate the current market price for properties: recommending a timber cruise to be performed on tracts that have timber, using comps and other resources to establish a land value to show the surrounding market conditions, and communicating and making sure everyone understands each step as the process goes forward. The deals Wayne is most proud of include a 1200 acre tract in parts of Mobile Co. AL and George Co. MS, and 600 acre tract in Washington Co. AL.
Wayne, his wife Michelle, and son Ransey, reside near the town of Chatom, AL. They enjoy spending quality family time together as much as possible. Wayne and his son enjoy hunting, fishing, and riding ATVs when their busy schedules permit. They enjoy being in the great outdoors and cherish each moment.

Devin Dickey joined National Land Realty in 2016 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2007. He obtained his license from Kaplan Professional Schools in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has been selling farms and ranches and residential homes ever since. Devin was born and raised in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado where he worked on the family farm and ranch with his dad and two brothers. This experience has equipped Devin with a wealth of knowledge on the area and land allowing him to be a reliable and cultured resource to the community. Devin has been a qualified buyer and seller of land and properties from a young age, giving him the ability to fully understand what it takes to buy, sell, and trade land.

He attended the University of Kentucky before transferring to University of Georgia where he obtained his Real Estate degree from the Terry School of Business. He is a member of the Real Estate Society at UGA, as well as a leader in HEROs, a nonprofit club at UGA. Logan has sold property across the Southeast, including North Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia.

Rick has had many sales that he is proud of, but most recently represented a buyer of 5,542 acres. He located the property that met the clients needs, had it under contract within 10 days, and the property sold for $28,000,000.
Rick currently resides in North Houston, TX and has three children: Cassie, Andrea, and Aaron. His hobbies include basketball, tennis, softball, snow/water skiing, boating, hiking, and ATVs.
