The Shelby County Iowa Farm consisting of 387+/- acres located in Shelby County, IA is being offered by online auction only. The online auction will begin on Friday, January 17th, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. (CST) and end on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Tract 1 will end at 2:00 P.M. and Tract 2 will end at 2:30 P.M. (All times are CST). There will be a 2 minute time addition for any bids made within the last minute of the online auction.
The property will be offered in two tracts. Bidders will be able to bid on the tracts separately only. There will be no combination bids.
