About Me
Nate Botine is a dedicated land agent at National Land Realty, specializing in agricultural land and recreational land transactions. Joining the team in 2022, Nate brings deep knowledge of Iowa's land market, honed through years of experience in the agriculture industry and strong family ties to farming.
A proud graduate of Iowa State University in 2015, Nate holds degrees in Agricultural Business and Agricultural Studies/Agronomy, providing a strong foundation for his work in agricultural land sales. Over the next six years, he expanded new agricultural sales networks across Iowa for a leading family-owned seed company, where he helped farmers integrate sustainable farming practices and profitable agricultural products into their operations.
Nate’s extensive background in agriculture, combined with his first-hand experience farming with his family in Shelby County, Iowa, uniquely positions him to offer valuable insights and support to clients seeking to buy or sell farmland and recreational land. His expertise is complemented by an extensive network in Iowa's farming community, built over years of dedication and hands-on experience.
An avid outdoorsman, Nate has hunted and fished throughout Iowa and surrounding states, giving him a deep understanding of the region's recreational land market. He and his wife, Lauren, enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, from bow hunting in the fall to boating, fishing, and golfing during the summer months. Their shared passion for agriculture and the outdoors fuels their commitment to preserving and managing farmland and recreational properties for future generations.
Currently residing in Harlan, Iowa with his wife, Lauren, and son, Cale, Nate is deeply rooted in Iowa’s agricultural and recreational communities. Whether you're looking to sell, invest, or purchase land, Nate offers a unique, client-focused approach that combines industry expertise with a genuine passion for the land.
