The online auction will begin on Friday, February 14th, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. (CST) and end on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. (CST).  There will be a 2 minute time addition for any bids made within the last minute of the online auction.

As you drive north on 2nd Street out of Brownville it becomes Bluff Drive.  Stay on Bluff Drive traveling northwest about 1 1/2 miles to the intersection of Bluff Drive and 731 Road.  Continue north of Bluff Road from that intersection about 1/8th of a mile to a Y in the road.  Take the right which is 647 Avenue.  Continue north of 647 Avenue 7/8th of a mile to a drainage ditch on the right hand or east side of 647 Ave.  Take a right onto the trail along the south side of the drainage ditch.  Travel east on that trail about 3/4 of a mile to the crossing on the left or north allowing access to this property.
