Why You'll Love It

This property is 160+/- Acres of Hardwood Timberland 1 mile west of the White River and the property corners the White River National Wildlife Refuge on the NE corner.  This area is known for its excellent habitat of some of the largest whitetail deer in Arkansas.  Year after year, some of the largest deer harvested in Arkansas are along the White River corridor.  The property has varied topography with a high of 203' on the north end and down to 152' where Big Creek runs through the property.   When the White River floods, it will back up Big Creek into the property and flood 20-25 acres.  There are open areas that will make excellent food plots and trails throughout for excellent interior access.  There is an area on the north end that would make fantastic spot for a camp.  There are no utilities to the property.  Access is from a private road to the north end of the property.  These hardwood timber properties along the White River in Southeast Arkansas are a rare find.
