Earlier this month, the REALTORS® Land Institute announced the recipients of their 2023 APEX Awards, meant to recognize excellence and outstanding achievements in RLI members. This year, 3 of our brokers were named Regional Broker of the Year in their respective regions, with an additional three brokers ranking in their 2023 Producers Club!

In Region 9, which encompasses Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee, two National Land Realty brokers were named as 2023 APEX Regional Brokers of the Year in their respective categories. Jeramy Stephens, ALC, partner and managing broker of National Land Realty’s Little Rock, AR Office, was named Regional Broker of the Year in the Ag Land Sales Crops category. Also in Region 9 was Partner and Managing Broker of the Gulf Coast Office in Alabama, Clint Flowers, ALC, who was named Regional Broker of the Year in Timberland Sales.

Region 10, which is comprised of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, saw our Director of Leasing for the Eastern United States and managing broker of the Kinston, NC, and Virginia Beach Offices, Aaron Sutton recognized as the APEX Regional Broker of the Year in Timberland Sales.

Jeramy, Clint, and Aaron are all symbols of the hardworking spirit at the heart of National Land Realty. Always willing to take time to help out a fellow Land Professional or meet with a landowner to discuss their property, these three brokers serve images of success and dedication for our entire organization to look up to and strive to emulate. APEX Top Producers Club

In addition to these awards, six National Land Realty Brokers were recognized as part of the RLI APEX 2023 Producers Club. To qualify for the Producers Club, agents and brokers must have achieved at least $5 Million of qualifying dollar production volume in closed land sales during 2023. The success of these brokers cannot be overstated, and we’re excited to see everything that they will continue to accomplish with National Land Realty!
