Lisa Hill joined National Land Realty in 2019. Lisa has over 20 years in the real estate industry and over four years of experience applying Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in real estate, spatial analytics, remote sensing imagery analysis and teaching GIS skills.
She has multiple levels of expertise in agricultural, commercial, industrial and special use real estate analysis; highest and best use analysis; appraisal expertise in agriculture, commercial industrial, residential and special use properties; real estate title and property interest, right-of-way analysis and construction plans review. She also combines her GIS expertise with real estate offering marketing analysis and land valuation, spatial and statistical analysis, land-use studies, and remote sensing image analysis.
Lisa has a B.S. in Agricultural Economics and Land Use from the University of California Davis, a GIS and Remote Sensing Associate Degree from SDSU, and has completed multiple real estate valuation and analysis courses from the Appraisal Institute.
When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys surfing, hiking, fishing, writing, and teaching. She is engaged to Tim and currently resides in San Diego, California. She has two children, a daughter and a son, who are members of the United States Navy (officer and enlisted). Her late husband was Captain Rustan J. Hill, USN and Patent Attorney Manager, Partner (Lee & Hayes, Seattle WA).
