Why You'll Love It

This is an ideal hunting and recreational tract. Secluded yet easy to access.  The property has an abundance of large red and white oak timber. The terrain is rolling with nice hollows throughout the property. In the winter there will be spectacular views of the valley and mountains to the west. There are several roads that run through the property. Because of the abundance of mast trees, there should be great deer and turkey populations. There are several small food plots on the property. From Collinsville, AL, take Hwy 11 south for approximately 3 miles and turn right onto County Road 1944 (Gravel). Travel on this gravel road until you pass a small gravel pit on your left. There will be a woods road to the left just after you pass the gravel pit. Travel on this road until it ends, the National Land Realty sign points to the property. There is an old metal gate on the right at this point. When you begin on Co Rd 1944 it appears to go through private property until you come to a large gate (made out of highway guard rail) which will be open. Just continue on past the gravel pit and turn left.
