Bob has been in land sales since 1979 and was employed with Hinton Lumber Company for 7 years. He attended The University of Alabama and was trained in land sales with Gulf States Paper Corp. under Westervelt Land Co. Bob's areas of expertise include recreational land, timberland, and agricultural land. With the instability of the land market in the last 7 years, Bob and NLR have still managed to sell some of the finest recreational tracts to long-term end users. Thomas Krajewski came to National Land Realty after a lengthy career in outdoor recreation and hospitality at Blackberry Farm Hotel in Walland, TN. His experience in the outdoors and passion for providing the highest level of service makes him a perfect addition to the team. In his previous sales experience, Thomas was responsible for developing programming and strategy that drove incidental sales for the resort. Thomas is a Knoxville native, and has proven to be the perfect agent to head up our Knoxville Office. In his spare time Thomas spends time with his wife Lisa, son Henry, daughter Anna and two dogs. His passion for the outdoors also leads him to fly fish, hunt, kayak, and spend time cycling whenever possible. Thomas became an Accredited Land Consultant in 2018.

Peter G. Mazeine, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), joined National Land in February 2018. He has been actively engaged in the real estate business since 1994.
He previously served as Senior Investment Advisor for Halderman Real Estate Services and Halderman Farm Management Services. Together, they comprise one of the largest brokers and managers of farm and transitional real estate assets in the United States, providing asset management, real estate brokerage, appraisal and consulting services for over 1,000 farm and transitional properties with a market value in excess of $1 billion and over 240,000 acres in 19 states.
In addition to his role at National Land Realty, he is the managing member of Providence Land Advisors, LLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, specializing in private land investment with a focus on the transitional and agricultural sectors. The company and its affiliated partnerships currently own or have owned land in Florida, Kansas, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Vermont, and Virginia. The geographic and market diversity of the company’s business history provides access to a diverse set of land investment opportunities.
Peter received a business degree from the University of Vermont in 1990 and holds real estate broker licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina & Vermont. He is personally invested in partnerships which own and manage over 35,000 acres of farmland, ranchland, and timberland located in the Southeast, Midwest and Great Plains. In addition to his broad experience in the agricultural land sector, he also possesses an extensive background in commercial real estate development, transitional land, gas/oil & solar lease negotiations and conservation easement monetization.
In his free time, Peter enjoys archery hunting, fishing, and boating on Lake Champlain. He is an elder at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Charlotte where he has served as chairman of the Finance, Personnel, and Long Range planning committees. He was raised around agriculture on both sides of the family, from North Central Kansas to the Southwest. Ryan Schroeter, Broker for National Land Realty in Nebraska and Iowa, grew up on a farm in Northeastern Nebraska. His father and grandfather instilled his love and respect for the land and for the outdoors in him at a very young age. He has been an avid hunter and fisherman since he was able to carry his own gun and fishing pole. His outdoor passions include upland game, waterfowl, turkey, and big game. Ryan, his wife Brenda, and their two daughters live in a small rural community between the Elkhorn and Missouri River. He is a 1997 he graduate of the University of Nebraska - Kearney, Nebraska during this same year he received his real estate license. In 2003, Ryan obtained his broker's license. Ryan is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) through the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) being 1 of the 7 in Nebraska. His main focus is crop land and recreational properties in Nebraska and Iowa; throughout his years in real estate sales, he has sold row crop farms, recreational/hunting farms, ranches, acreages, development and transitional property. While at National Land Realty, Ryan has received numerous Top Producer awards. He is also a registered appraiser working under Steve Kroeger a Certified General Appraiser and is working on obtaining his Certified General Appraiser license.

Jeramy Stephens is a Partner and Managing Broker at National Land Realty (NLR) where he oversees the company’s Mid-South region office in Little Rock, Arkansas. Jeramy is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) with the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI) and currently serves as the National President for the organization. He has also held several positions at RLI as Vice Chair for the Education Committee and Arkansas Chapter President.
Jeramy has over 20 years of experience in the real estate business, working in the Farm Credit system and land industries. He is a three-time winner of an Agent of the Year award for a National Real Estate Company and was recently named National Land Realty’s Arkansas Top Producer for 2016 and 2017.

Tommy Stroud, Jr. was born and raised in St. Simons Island, GA. As an Eagle Scout, he grew up appreciating the outdoors. He graduated from Auburn University with a major in Marketing and a Masters in Real Estate Development. He then spent the next seven years in commercial real estate and commercial & land appraisals with McColgan & Company in Atlanta and Driggers Commercial Group in St. Simons. He is 1 of 29 agents in Georgia to be awarded the esteemed Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC). He also holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. Tommy serves on the REALTORS© Land Institute Future Leaders Committee. He holds an active real estate license in the states of Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. Justin Biehl joined National Land Realty in 2018. Justin has over 15 years of real estate experience, working as the Broker/Owner of MVP Realty, LLC and Mortgage Solutions of Indiana. He has sold several different types of properties including residential, investment and commercial properties, as well as farmland and golf courses. Justin’s upbringing in rural, southern Indiana, as well as his background in farming, has given him a great appreciation for all land and wildlife conservation.
Justin is involved in several organizations such as CYO Youth Athletics, American Legion Post 152 and the Indiana Association of Realtors. Chase recently began his career with National Land Realty. Chase Blalock is a business professional in marketing and business production. Cailein Campbell joined our team after serving in the Navy. He sold land while attending the University of North Carolina Wilmington where he graduated with honors in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Development. His previous experience includes assisting in the development of a 92-acre farm into an ecological retreat and restoring cabins for The Cottages at Spring House Farm. Devin Dickey joined National Land Realty in 2016 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2007. He obtained his license from Kaplan Professional Schools in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has been selling farms and ranches and residential homes ever since. Devin was born and raised in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado where he worked on the family farm and ranch with his dad and two brothers. This experience has equipped Devin with a wealth of knowledge on the area and land allowing him to be a reliable and cultured resource to the community. He was previously employed with Southeast Land Partners (3), LGI Land (7), and Inland Management (10). Rick's areas of expertise include banking, development, and real estate brokerage. On overcoming challenges, Rick says, "Listen carefully so you can truly understand what the challenge is, then go above and beyond what the average agent would do to overcome them. Never give up!" Rick has had many sales that he is proud of, but most recently represented a buyer of 5,542 acres. He located the property that met the clients' needs, had it under contract within 10 days, and the property sold for $28,000,000.
Rick currently resides in North Houston, TX and has three children: Cassie, Andrea, and Aaron. His hobbies include basketball, tennis, softball, snow/water skiing, boating, hiking, and ATVs.

Born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Greg attended the College of Charleston and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate.

Richard Lemoine joined National Land Realty in 2018. Richard comes to NLR with nearly 20 years of experience in real estate in land sales.
